Any owners @ Sri Shankara BDA, Mysore Road?

Hi Memebrs, I'm glad to find this active forum on BDA sites. This is my first post, please let me know if I break any rules.

I happen to visit "Sri Shankara" layout by "Adithya Builders & Promoters" on Mysore Raod, they claim its BDA approved (PL-09/10-11) quoting 1100 psft and provide site loans through Axis Bank.
Please guide me on:
1. How to confirm the BDA approval (Has anyone already checked and owned a site here?)
2. Has anyone dealt with Adithya B & Ps ? Is it trustworthy? (Google couldn't find anything on them)

Please drop a quick response. its okay, even if too short

What about the connectivity?
Distance from nearest landmarks?
Do they have park and other stuff?

Yes, I visited the site. On Mysore Rd, its on left at Anchepalya, around 3KMs from the main road. No residents nearby, but there are 2-3 mosques on the way.
Yes, they have park and 30ft street roads.
