Whats the current price for Vidhyaranyapura?
I had seen a site in Vidhyaranyapura.Its A-Khatha with BBMP approval. Broker's quoting is 2850/Sq Ft.
Is this price is ok?
Can we go head with A-Khatha With BBMP approval?

How about the current land price at 7th Block, HMT LAYOUT, VIDYARANYAPURA.... This area is very close to BMTC bus terminus , Vidyaranyapura Police station and Double road is passing next to GKVK land boundary.... Also very close priximity to Yelahanka New Town.
