Nala Karab

Sir,

I am in verge of buying a 30 X 50 corner site in a BDA approved layout. Please clarify these issues:
1. The layout is approved by BDA in 2010-11 and it is not listed on BDA website. How to verify.
2. The site is having roads on West, South and East. But on East side of the site 30 X 12 feet of vacant space is left between the site and road which is declared as Nala Karabh. What is this Nala Karabh. Is it a drainage sought of thing.
3. Am planning to construct house with door in the east direction. Does this Nala Karabh hinder my plan. Where can i get details of Nala Karab.
