Cost Estimations

Hello Experts,

I need help for cost estimates of below requirements,

1) Water tank construction – RCC tank 15x7 sq ft and height of 10 ft with waterproofing, centre partition, provision for plumbing lines and two lids.
2) Wall construction – Compound wall with cement blocks, including finishing and painting.
Total Area - 360 sqft
3) Re-construction of one side of existing water tank wall – 20*10 ft wall re-construction.

We are gettign driange work done by BBMP folks in our compound and need cost estimate for above as we need to plan for restorations.

Hello,
1)The construction of RCC tank will cost you approx about Rs 210000.00
2)Wall construction with all finishes will be approx about Rs 54000.00
3)re-construction of wall on one side would approx be about RS 20000.00
