Yeah.. I had been to 5th G block with some agents and max price/sqft near to 80 feet road was 2000/sqft and backside(I mean near nice road was 1700,1800). Because of some reason deal didn't happen.. I was just wondering which location in 5th G block is 2300/sqft

Proximity to Nice rd should have no bearing on the price. There is no entrance to Nice rd from Anjanpura near the 5th block. In fact the road noise is simply not worth it without the convenience of the access road.

I had a buyer for 2100 but did not sell it. trust me. site is not very close to nice road however the raod which is not connected right now would be joined later once toll goes off

Toll for which road will go off? NICE road? NICE road unlike other toll roads, is not owned by government. Its privately owned by NICE, and the toll will stay for ever (correct me if I am wrong). On what basis are you telling that road "would be joined later"? I very much doubt if there will be access provided through Anjanapura unless you could show me some proof to the contrary. I have been following and looking out for sites in Anjanapura for buying for the last one year. I have visited sites for sale umpteen number of times hence have a general idea about the layout, access roads and pricing. In any case, I wont comment on your site pricing because it will be incorrect on my part to comment without seeing the site.

You are right sudhirts. You have to go through horrendous roads to access Anjanapura. Hopefully the situation will change in 5 years.
