I am the direct owner of - 50 * 80 BDA approved site facing East is for sale in Bank officers layout Kanakapura Road. Suitable for group housing or if intrested building an apprtment as well (if you buy site next to this site which would total up to 8000 sqft)

typo. please read it as 50*81. its located in 2nd stage of Narayan nagara in a elevated location with two houses already built in front of the site. i wouldnt want to post the site number in this forum for many valid reasons. If you are intrested please ping me and i will arrange for a site visit.

P.S: Site is registered in my name with khataha aswell.

are you an agent? recently i saw your 40*60 site sale in bcmc layout, inquiring about bank officers layout block 1 and now sale for block 2. Or you are an real estate investor who buy/sell for profit.

Btw, recently i saw an adv. in classifieds from owner quoting Rs 2000 psqft for his 50*80 west facing site in bank officers layout block 2.

Let me know the Stage / which block of the layout this is? Also mention the approximate number of the site. Since the area is known to me, I will have a fair idea of the location, so as to pursue further.
