Hi Anantha,
If i am not wrong you are talking about the white ,black and green stones available in andhra .If that is the case they are not available in slabs.you can get up to size of 1'6"x1'6" may be little more.
We have the same flooring in my home town (AP),They don't cut this stone with blade instead chisel the edges and join the tiles. They can be polished.
Joints are more prominent in this stones. They are kind of slate stone.Look and feel are more ethnic.

Hi Praveen,

Thanks for your reply. it is also known as Betham Charla tiles. I heard that only skilled workers from chittoor can lay these kind of tiles. i dont know much about it. just i want to understand how much it costs and its availability in bangalore.

Thanks and Regards,

Hi,
I am talking about the same betham cherla.I am not sure about the price but then it surely need a skilled labor to chisel the stone.you don't get in Bangalore ,but can always transport from andhra like kadapa stone.you might get them from kadapa stone dealers or they can give you some lead.
