Recently there is one site which is sold out in SBI Bank Colony TC Palya Main Road (30*40), Ramamurthy nagar, opp to Petrol Bunk for 35 lakh. which is towards road side, new complex construction is in progress there. Running site rate in that area is 2200 - 2500 /sq ft depending on site location. Since its a DC converted layout there is lot of demand for these sites. Also TC Palya Main road which is connecting between Hebbala Ring road to Hoskote road is expected to be major commercial road very soon, lot of progress happening in that area. You can expect good return if you wait for some more time.
