Splitting a 40x60 site in 2 portions

Hi Members

I would like to know , if I have a 40x60 site then can I split it into 2 30x40 sites and then can I sell 1 portion ..?

Are there any issues with this or is it possible ..?

Hi,

You can do this however if this plot is corner you can make it as 30x40 if not site measurement will like 20x60. That will be odd measurement i guess no body will prefer this...if its corner you can split and you would need apply for different khata and this can be done

Hi Members,

Please let me know if two 30X40 sites can be combined and build a house on 60X40. Will this be sanctioned by the concerned authorities.
