Hi all ,
I have a 30x40 plot near Bangalore univercity near Ullal . Eralier it was under Raja Rajeshwari nagarsabha. I got it registered in my name and also paid betterment fees . Later I also got BBMP building plan approval and have constructed a house and about to move in . I have few doubts can any one clear it please
1)Site is not BDA's . Since BBMP has approved the plan is my land fully legal
2)Since BBMP has approved the plan is my site is in A khata or B khata ?
3)What will happen if BDA takes over the area
1)Will BDA regularise the plot as BDA plaot
2)Will BDA give compensation to me as land is registered in my name . If yes how much they will give (market rate or book rate and will they give compensation to my new building )
3)Is it legally possible for BDA to take over such sites ?
4)Is akrama sakrama is applicable in my case ?

any replies ? How much the site may cost near Vinayaka temple (Bangalore university staff qtrs gate outer ring road) ? I wanted to sell my plat with building if I get very good rate

I have got an BBMP approval for ground floor + 1st floor. Is it possible to construct stilth floor and a single floor above the stilth? Will it be a big voilation?
