I am looking for a 40*60 site in BCC, BCMC layout. Preferred facing is east & North.

i have a 60*40 site in BCMC layout quoting Rs.2800/- negotiable slightly.
North facing.

me too looking sites in BCC layout. one of the agent coating Rs. 2100per sqft. the site is opposite to Khodays call center. very close to Kanakpura road. He have north facing site. what you think about price is it worth.u can reply me to.manu2002k@gmail.com

Hi

I visited BCMC layout recently and I am interested in buying a 30*40 or 40*60 preferably North/East facing plot here. Let me know any if any plots available with price per Sq.Ft.

I heard of following 2 problems in the area, any time sooner will they be resolved:
1. All residents as of now are dependent of bore well, any news of getting cauvery water supply here.
2. The grave yard which is adjacent to the park.
