Dear sir,
The prices were around Rs1100 to Rs1200(till june-2011) and might have increased it by now. Directly deal with the developer for a better price and the availability. There are around 6 BMRDA approved layouts and 2 BDA approved layouts near K.R.Puram.(including confident Hercules)
