Looking for SMV layout site owners
Re: Looking for SMV layout site owners
Sridhar, welcome to the forum. I think it is a good idea to start a listing of people in SMV with their block numbers- people could just copy paste the whole list and add their name with block number to the same list. I am putting down what I know at this point :
1st block : parkom, 169039,
2nd block :
3rd block : gsmallikarjun
4th block : jpdentdoc
5th block :
6th block : sridhar_neel
7th block :
8th block : smvdvs
Please keep adding

Re: Looking for SMV layout site owners
Hello All,
I have a site in 1st block ( 30x40).
Last week I have called one of agent in smv and asked about the development and he informed me that water line and sewage work is completed in 1st block , is this the correct info? .
I understand that the open drain infront of all the sites( naalaa) meant for rain water passage, is my opinion, BDA should look in to some alternative for this naala , they need to follow the system which is current ly in other countries like providing small opening ( around 2'x2' with steel mesh covered and bolted) and allowing the rain water to pass in to this opening and than to underground pipes, definitelty this method will be advantages and also gives good aesthetic look.
Let me know your all opinion in this regards.
With my best regards,
169039

Re: Looking for SMV layout site owners
@JPDentDoc... Good to know that U have started construction in your Site at 4th Block. Last time, when I was there, I could see sewerage lines being laid and manholes constructed. Water supply work was still to be started. Asphalting was still to be done. Electric poles were in place and power supply was provided. Has there been any noticeable development other than this. Pls. share your observations. Any idea about the current rates there? Thanks in advance, shall look forward meeting you in person, at a later date.
