Just to add here even i am looking for 20x30 plot in 4th block area and i am keep searching for direct owners in site like quickr, sulekha etc., i am not getting single direct owners. A week back had seen a 30x40 site where the broker quoted Rs. 1600/sqft, a small drawback is its quite interior.

Am willing to buy 30*40 plot in Bsk 6th stage 1st block for residential purpose. The Agent are quoting prices which i beleive is hyped.
I came across one plot wherein the agreement holder is the reseller. Am really worried whether to deal with these guys or not, Please suggest me

The running rates in 1st Block of BSK 6th stage is around Rs. 2500 per Sqft.

Resellers are quoting Rs. 2700/-

can sombody share the current price of 4th T block further extn. which is exactly behind the Talagatpura police station and in between BWSSB pipeline
