- BDA or BIAAPA sites with 30x40,40x60
- suitable for house construction in 2-3 years
- not too far from city
- somewhere in 25L to 35L range

if u r considering this as an investment, have u ever thought that if you look further beyond u can get almost an acre for Rs 15-20 Rs psf

Land has always been a great investment asset, but we dont dare to enter to enter that arena because of the following constraints

1. Legal Hassles - in india specially people have always got stuck because of legal hassles involved in buying land

2. Security and Encroachment - have heard so many cases where the land has been encroached by goons/ politically connected people

3. Liquidity problem -

But all said and done, if someone can invest in PPF/FD for 10 years with a return which doesnt beat the inflation rate also, its always worth exploring in buying land
As it has been always said, Buy Land, they have stopped making it....
