I am looking for a plot in Nisarga layout, Bannerghatta road.

Please contact Mr. Mukund on 9986494684 for availability of sites in Nisarga and also in surroundings. Give my reference and say that you got his number from Ravi Kanth. He is a qualified Lawyer, working in LIC but also does Broking business.

He is a very good friend of mine and he will give you several options of several sites in the surrounding areas plus also in Nisarga at the most reasonable price with thoroughly checked documents since he himself is a LLB. But he is not practising.

Hi,
Yesterday I got registered my site in Nisarga layout. I purchased it through Mr Satish mentioned in the above post. He will show plenty of sites in the layout. Usually he charges 2% commission. U can bargain on that.

I purchased at Rs 1400 per sqft for 60*40 site. It may increase by Rs.100-200 for 30*40 sites, since they are high on demand.

I had seen three 50x80 sites in Nisarga .... north and east facing ones ... one of them at 1250 ... other two at 1300.

I agree with chetan. Bigger the site, prices come down by 100-200 rupees.
Even some 50*80 are available at as low as Rs 1175(Ex.site:428).

Can you please let me know if you had to take a NOC from Nirman shelters before you registered the site?

Hi tvsh,
Yes, NOC from Nirman is a must, since it tells you that the all dues to Nirman has been paid by the seller.
Ask for NOC before buying the site.
