BWSSB pipelene inside bank officers layout

Hi,
I have finalized site in bank officers layout Narayana nagar near Kanakapura road. New BWSSB pipeline passes near to that site. It is the main pipeline which goes towards JP nagar 8th phase from Kumaraswamy layout(Gubbalala). The pipeline is laid underground and not above the ground. Will there be any issues related to the water pipeline in future? I also want to know will they be creating a service road near to the water pipeline? I have seen the latest layout map which they have sent for approval to BDA/BBMP. In the new map they have mentioned the land above the water pipeline as park(they will be building a park above the pipeline).

Hi,
The pipe line is running under one of the double roads and not under the high tension eletric line median, which are now being converte into parks.
No problems with that, because the pipe line is laid ;far too inside.

Where have you come across Rs.2000/- Tell me the site no. if possible. I will buy 2 of it upfront.
The site rate varies from 2600/- to 3400/- based on the location and facing. You must be looking at II stage I block, which is different from 1st stage, where the rate varies from 2000/ to 2400/-.
