CMC Site within MS Ramiah North City

Hello All,

This is for my friend who is looking for a site in MS Ramiah North City ( near HBR layout). Around 450 sites in this layout was BDA approved with BDA Khatha and later transferred to BBMP. But around 50 sites, were under CMC and now under BBMP again with BBMP A Khatha. Is there any problem is buying those sites which were under CMC and now under BBMP ? The sites which has gotten into BBMP from BDA, is asking around 200 Rs psft more than the originally CMC sites. Just wondering if there is any issues in going for the original CMC sites ? All other documents including the legal verification looks good.

200 Rs per sq ft?

200 less than other sites.ie., 4700/4800 is the current price. 4500 for CMC sites WITHIN MS RAMAIAH north city
