Khata to be done for a revenue plot.How?

Hi guys,

I've a plot on tumkur road purchased in 2002 but doesn't have Khata and its a revenue plot. Actually, half of the layout is converted/BBMP and the other half isn't!
Now, how do i get Khata done for this site?

The area is called "Ramaiah Enclave". Its in the intersection between Tumkur road and Hesaraghatta Road".
