Group Construction of Flats

I am looking for small-medium scale builders who can enter into a JD for a small apartment complex (max 6 flats).
If you know any reliable builders whom you have personally interacted, mail the details to my ID.

Incase any of you have formed a group and constructed apartments/houses, let me know as I am looking for some details.

Would it be possible to get the aprovals for such small apartment complex? We have one land of 4500 sft and 4 of our frineds wants to construct apartments for ourself.
1. Land is regisatered with one of my friend.
2. How can we others get bank loan for construction.
3. How can we get undevided land share and khata registration for such complex?

Hi,
As i mentioned in earlier post you don't get permission for apartment in any site lesser than 7150/- sft .
