If Akrama Sakrama is implemented, becasue of more supply, will the real estate price go down in Bengaluru?

It is not that there are no buyers for B khata sites. They are available at discounted price due to legal complications and charges involved for legalise them. More over the B khata sites were done before BBMP formation. Now onwards I dont think such sites could be created in BBMP limit.
