CMC to BBMP khata

Does anybody know if it is possible to get a proper khata for a plot now coming under CMC? is it possible now or do we need to wait for Akrama Sakrama?
I am looking at a house built on a plot coming under CMC near Uttarahalli with amenities provided by CMC. Any information would be helpful.
The owner says he has a B khata. I understand that B Khata is not valid but is BBMP issuing A Khata for CMC properties now?

I dont think cmc khata is valid, cos there is no cmc, panchayat etc now. so after conversion to BBMP khata - if it is a A khata it is valid, else invalid. Experts can add their comments here..

what if a area was under CMC earlier and came under BBMP later? BBMP does not collect betterment charges still so it wil remain CMC khata only. Is it not a problem for people who had built their houses on such properties?
