Need Residential Site - 1000 to 1500SQFT

Hi,

I am looking for residential site of 1000 to 1500sqft. I am planning to construct house and my budget is 30 to 32L (20L+12L)including construction and Site. I would like pay by cheque. Please let me know if you have any BDA,BDA approved or BBMP A katha site for sale. I am looking in South Bangalore like Banneragatta road, Kanakpur Road, Begur Road.
