Need info of Villas-near Whilefield(Nest lake Residency )

Hi,
I would like to know if any body in this forum heard about Nest lake residency ( www.nestgroup.net.in) near KR puram .
I enquired the details ,3BHK villa quoted at 42 lakhs (1200 sqft site with 1500 sqft duplex construction ).
I came to know State Bank of Travancore / DHFL approved this project via builder.

Buidler told it has all apporovals and provided survey number:-
Sy# 65/1, 65/2, 65/3, 70/1 to 70/5, 66/1, 66/2, 67, 71/2, 71/3

K.R. Puram B.B.M.P, Medahalli Village, Bidrahalli Hobli, Bangalore EAST Taluk.

Am not sure about katha.

From google maps, i can see a distance of 7 km from KR puram railway station (near Yallama lake , lake montfort school road) .I am not in india hence couldn't visit the layout.

Hi,

This particular area is good. I had earlier seen one site at a layout near to Montford school. The connectivity and road is excellent. You can also check Vishnu Builders. I saw their Phase 1 project behind Varthur Police Station which is like 1200 sq ft land and a 1600 sq ft - 3 bhk villa constructed on it. Phase 1 i think was sold for 49 lacs but is sold out. Now they are going to launch phase 2 and waiting for approvals. They are saying it will be costed at 55 lacs.

Hi Guys,

I had seen a site for 1600/-psft. Following was the condition:

1. site is near Montford school
2. on the main road,
3. site is in a gated community,
4. layout is with a park,
5. Borewell water supply,
6. box type drainage,
7. sewage pit,
8. underground drainage,
9. DC Converted
10. BDA NOC
11. Black TAR Roads
12. Sites already demarcated with yellow stones
13. Compound wall
14. Gate
15. Security guard\
16. Trees grown

Coming to regarding NEST, NEST LAKE Residency is going to be BDA Approved and i think you can not buy only plot. you have to buy villa also. Still they are awaiting BDA Approval.Also i have not heard much about NEST Builders.

By the way i have finalized on a layout "SAI CHARAN Phase 2". This is developed by SAI SAI VENTURES. IT is around 1.5 km from Garden city college near Kithaganur village. It is a 30 X 50 plot and approach road supposed to be 60 ft very soon.
