Plan Approval cost

Hi All,

Help me on this query pls.

I'm going for plan approval for the first floor (on the existing gnd flr 30x40 house - under Bommannahalli BBMP, Having the BBMP katha for my house already) through one of an architect.

How much bribe is nominal for this approval. Can any one guide me.

The sanction bribes should be 5 to 7k with agents commission .

We have purchased a site 30x40 in G Ramaiah Enclave, behind Best County near Sambhram College. This is bought thru Maxworth Reality, Sheshadripuram. We are in the process of registration and working plan. In the complete process I am completely unware of the plan approval. We will be very thankful if any one help us how to proceed and how much it will cost us ( including regrualar and "OFFICIAL FUNDS'

Plan approval . including cess / bribe , cost us 25000/- , just 4 months back. It generally takes 15-20 days, but in my case it took a month because the agent thru whom i got it done was unavailable for over a week.

but expect it to delay.

I Recently Applied for a BBMP Plan Sanction for a 1750 Sq Ft Site with Construction Area. Stilth Parking and Ground Plus 2 Floors that is total 3 floors construction. Charges Paid till now

Recidential Building Plan and Estimate ( 10 Copies of Plan with seal and signature of architect + Solar and rain water harvesting is a must in Plan) :- Rs 6000
Original documents notary ( 300 )
Suvarna Paravanige Book for licence ( 100 )
DD to BBMP Commissioner :- 17,750
DD BBMP workers Welfare Board :- 29,000
Bribe :- Not yet told but expection atleast 10,000

Round Figure the Cost is 65,000 Rupees. So when we construct a house on loan we calculate only the building cost but such expenses like Plan sanction , Loan commission , Borewell , Bribes will add extra burden which is not calculated while we decide on the Cost and EMI.

For getting plan saction, do we need to pay any deposit for cauvery water connection around Rs8,000?

The best way would be to approach your ward office with the plan that you want to construct and they usually would then prepare their own plan based on the plan that you give them and then apply for the sanction. Normally, if you say you will get the plans prepared they will only keep giving comments on the same and changes.

Hi,
I went to get the BBMP plan approval and contacted the ARO of our area. Apart from all the actual cost he says he would require bribe of 25k and also 4k for all the drawings, blueprints etc.
I have still proceeded further. Can anyone please suggest if the bribe amount the ARO is asking is too much? Usually how much of bribe is paid to get the approval done for a Stilt+G+2?

The bribe is reasonable. I paid Rs.19K for ground + 1st floor recently.
