Canara Bank Layout - Behind Sahakaranagar

I am interested to buy a site in Canara Bank Layout(behind Sahakaranagar) and I heard there are some problems with that layout. Can someone please let me know what are the issues there and whether it is BDA aprooved or not? Any info on this layout is much appreciated.

Have you got any further info on this layout, Sahakarnagar prices have soared just wondering how its affected Canara Bank layout rate.
