Thanks for sharing this message. I am interested to buy in this project.Are you sure it is BDA approved? Did you verify the documents? Also can you please tell me about the location of this project?What are the banks appoved this project? I am looking for SBI and HDFC.Is this projet completed? Can you tell me about the availability?

seems like Anoop is a salesman for that project. He has posted several messages under different threads. So be forewarned, you will need to do the checking of documents yourself.

@Anoop, I can read the difference between "software professionals" and "soft professional"(as you claim to be):) You may want to limit yourself to writing a testimonial for them, rather than recommending everyone else. As @blrsiteseeker mentioned, all of you better be very careful dealing with such people.

no matter whether anoop is agent or not.. this project was a steal.. and I missed it..
one of my office collegue got a house in this project.. he got in 52L all inclusive...
project name is Vishnu Enclave.. it is BDA approved..
Location is good, I myself went there to see.. but everything is sold out there..
