SMV Layout - Which Block is Good

I am planning to buy a BDA sites in Vishveshwariah Layout. I would like to build home there in another 5 years.
Can you please suggest which block is good for me to invest now. Thanks for your time.

If you are planning to build in 5 years, blocks 1,2 and 5 are good.

I think block 8 will develop quicker than all oher , bcz of Enginnering colleges and near to Ring road, and even the prices are higher than other blocks.
