its S M visveswaraiah layout, near ullal, mallathhalli. its BDA LAYOUT. NOT MSV LAYOUT, VERY SORRY FRIENDS

Hi Friend,
Rates quoted by you are very high. There is no development in the area, till date.It will be better to avoid bargain by quoting resonable rate in starting ad. Now property rates are coming down throught out the country. I can quote Rs 1200/sqft on valid documents.
