Rajarajeshwari nagar vs bsk6

Hi All,
I would like to have your views on which would be a better place to invest my money in. This would be for building my own house (residential purpose, not pure investment). I am looking at a timeframe of 3-5 years from now to build a house. I have seen both RR nagar and BSK 6. RR nagar is already well developed and commands a higher rate (I was quoted about 2800-3000 psqft). BSK6 on the other hand seems is quite slow in developing bit has quite good connectivity with wider roads and comes at about 1500-1600 psqft. I would like to here from the knowledgeable members of the this group about the pros and cons of each area specifically considering the following aspects and provide your suggestion :
1. connectivity (including metro and any future plans)
2. liveability
3. proximity to offices (tech parks etc)
4. schools, hospitals etc
5. future prospects (appreciation etc).

You are welcome to provide your thoughts/opinions on the same.

If you are looking at 3-5 years timeframe to construct the house , BSK 6th stage is the better option in my opinion . BSK is a BDA layout and obviously well planned . Rajarajeshwari nagar is a cluster of various layouts including a number of revenue sites in between . BSK will look a lot better than what it is today when houses get built,roads ,parks etc are done . Just my 2 cents .

Thanks Rewatcher. Any more views on this? I am also seen some quotes in the 2200-2500/- range in RR Nagar. BTW, what are the current rates in BSK 6?

Which part of RR nagar are you getting quote 2200 , RR nagar has multiple layouts including Beml layout stages..

I think it was in Beml layout 5th stage. In beml 2nd stage it is around 2900-3000.

Any idea how much is BEML 7th stage? Did you get any quote?
I guess this comes closer to Mysore road right?

Request your inputs on these Qs;
How is the Concord layout in RR Nagar?
Are there any litigation in this layout?
Also how is Krishna Garden Layout?
Whats the prices in these two layouts? Are they BDA approved?

both are DC converted layouts, with may be NOC from BDA, yellow zone in BDA CDP, check for problems in particular sy no's of both lyt
