We've a 40X60 site within Bangalore BBMP limits, just 1 km from the Hosur Main road, 2 km from the Silk board junction.

Looking for reliable developers to build apartments & share the constructed flats.

Hi krish,
Don't wait its waste of time.As per new bye law you get permission for apt only sites measuring above 8100 sft with 40' road .In case you want to construct illegal its all different game.
For any builder it doesn't work out in a 40x60 with out violations.

Mr Praveen is right. However, it makes sense to build on your own with maybe independent units and then you can either rent out or sell
