plot on / around bannaergatta road

I am looking for a plot on bannargatta road 30/40, 2000 rs SFT. I have searched : Pavamana layout, BK residency, Ramanasree nagar, Tejaswini NAGAR, Noble residency, Akshaya nagar.
My idea is to have a plot in a reasonably decent layout with future plan. please give the input consedering the price/area/future developemnt.

Even I am also looking for a site for the same price. And I have also gone through all those area and currently the agents are qoting around 2.5 to 3 k now.
So please let me know if you got any deal in these areas, I am also interested very much.

what is the sft rate in deverachikkanahalli?
look a little interior and you will find rates around 1400-1800 sft

Hello vnsrinidhi,

Do you have any details for any plots. Even interior also fine for me. But I am not able to find. I have gone through the Agents they are showing the sites
but the rate they are quoting is simple double that area and always they are showing sites which are legally some issues.

Any help will be appreciated.
