I am looking for a 60*40 site in JP Nagar 8th phase,Banashankari 6th, Nagarbhavi, AECS Layout or any other BDA approved areas. Preferably east/north facing and closer to road. I don’t need South/West facing plots. I am looking to buy something very soon with in 10 to 15 days from now if everything goes fine and can pay cash. You don’t have to wait for my loan getting approved. I know the prices that are going on in most of these areas. My friend recently bought a 60*40 in royal county at a very good price – around 1950 (I know it is a good price
) for a west facing site. I don’t know the plot number. 
Just giving you the info guys. Dont trust brokers. They are quoting unimaginable prices. Some body the other day was telling me that it is 3000/sqft in Jambusavari dinne. When I told him the price that my friend bought he started coming down on the prices.
