Construction at revenue site.

Hi Groups,
I recently bought a revenue site near Chokkanahalli -4 kM from nagavara signal and would like to construct house for staying. What are all the precautions and approval required to start the construction. The site was approved by villaga panchayat in 2006 and tax paid till date under revenue. Its not yet DC converted and also no bitterment paid. Pls suggest me or any kind of approval to proceed.

does this come under BBMP limits? If yes then according to my knowledge you cannot construct. One can construct houses on sites coming under BBMP's jurisdiction only after getting the building plan approval, but building plan approval is given only to sites that are DC converted and having A khata.
