House Plan : 2D plan to 3D visualisation - service providers.

I have a requirement of converting basic 2D home plan into 3D visualisation.

1. What are the costs involved in such an exercise ?
2. Can you suggest a good service provider - preferably in Bengaluru South - for the same ?
