Hi, been seeing ads about managed farm lands in media in last 3-4 years. By the info the realtors give, they manage the farm for maintenance fee buyers pay which is hassle free for buyers. Please share your experiences of purchasing such pieces of land. Appreciate your thoughts and experiences about if ads from managed farm realtors like Jain farms are trust worthy.

Yes. Mostly its a non converted land at some remote village areas, which will be sold in Cents like 5 cents, 10 cents....etc. One Cent of land is approximately 30x40 dimension. . Managing your plot is a Paid Service similar to the Maintenance charges, if you reside in an apartment. But all you need to concern, is what is your frequency or period of stay there if you construct a building or just own a plot there in a pollution free outside city life and what is the guaranteed agricultural or plantation output for you at regular intervals ?? Do they guarantee you some output for you ?? enquire about that.

thanks for bringing up that point. Returns are not guaranteed by them. But is it safe to invest in such non converted lands just to visit to get fresh air from our own land. In future, when the village or area around this development starts developing, will there be any headaches to the buyers?
