My sister is an NRI and selling her property in Bangalore. Can anyone having knowledge guide me how money in Indian Rupees can be repatriated as Dollars and how indexation benefit etc to be done . What are the precautions and paper work involved . Shall appreciate replies from people having experience of such a transaction
