Tropical Paradise Site

Do you have more info about the Tropical Paradise Layout ? This is in the Harlur Road (Sarjapur Road). It is a BBMP Site and the layout has been approved by the Grampanchayat. Layout formed about 4/5 years back.

I want to buy a site in this, visited the layout recently. It is somewhat good but need the proper maintenance. However what I want to know is,

1) How safe it is to buy a site in this layout ? Any known legal issues ??

2) What could be the best price for a 30x40 site in this area ?

The price in this area is around 1500/- (might be few hundreds less or above)
Not sure about other queries.

I heard there is severe water shortage in this araa. Check it out.
Most of the layouts in this area done have water and is supplied by water tankers.
