Latest developments in 1st Block SMV Layout

would appreciate your feedbacks on what is the status of developments in 1st Block SMV Layout in terms of :

- Number of houses built
- Handover to BBMP
- Restaurants, hyper markets and other essential goods and services
- Security of moving around in evening time 7 pm to 10 pm
- Impact of extension of Metro train till Kengeri
- Entry of end users wanting to build houses

Hi,
Right now there are couple of builds have come up and some are sale buildings. There is some litigation sites as well. Where case are running in High court.
Hyper market is very near by and restaurant.
No impact of metro extension
People are constructing houses at present.
