BDA has added a component - "Annual Maintenance fee" in the property tax, starting this year. For 20x30 - 100Rs per month, 30x40 - 150Rs per month, 40x60 - 250Rs, and so on ...

Thanks For your reply. But I see in property tax challana that for a 40x60 site maintenance charged is Rs2400 per year, where as for 20x30 site it is Rs 1200 per year. It is not matching the numbers you specified.

When I tried to pay this year's tax online - I see that there is an entry in the bill for maintenance fee, but this is not charged. Only the "property Tax part is charged. Looks like it is being withdrawn?
