Market rate for plots at Thindlu

Dear Puru,
Few months back i had visited sites near Virupakshapura.Its near tindlu.Price were ina range of 2000/-.It was good.Later i dropped the option because of papers.

Thanks for your response, vendor was quoting 2050Rs, but i also had to drop this because of the papers being not clear!
