SMV layout 1st block prices

I am exploring about )site rates at SMV 1st block (north facing60 x40), as I am looking to sell my site. I get different prices from brokers when I enquire as a buyer and seller. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated

I think in 1st block it ranges between 6500 to 7500 psf, based on what i hear from agents

My friend sold 30x40 site in first block for 8500Rs/Sqft. for bigger dimension sites they quote..500 to 1000Rs less

Is it so high price in 1st Block. I mean I am just thinking what could be the reason for so high price. Because, its neither so densely populated nor adequate ameninties are there.

There is no logic for the prices in BDA Layouts. its all game by the Agents & buyers interest. If you ask them price as a Buyer, they'll Quote Rs. 8,000/sq.ft as the Starting price. If you pose them as a seller, it starts from Rs. 6,500/sq. ft onwards.

Yes Sir, I have also gone thru the similar treatment. For me they started with 6500 and came till 7500..
