BOQ negotiation

I am planning to construct my dream house, I have received few BOQ quotations.
Could someone tell me key points to take a note while going with BOQ proposal and how to negotiate with such quotations.

No offence intended, but you need to go through old post for more info..It's tough for people to keep typing same mundane stuffs when it could have easily searched.
