Hi All,
My site is west facing, 30*40, since we need spacious house, Duplex from ground floor will be difficult
hence decided to reserve basement for parking and first and second floor parking.
Please have a look at the floor plan and comment what could be improved.
Will there be issues if we limit the height of Basement Parking to 8.5 Feet instead of 10?

By any chance in future if you need rental income from grn floor height would be issue, I think leave height at 10 and have electical pipe andd fan hooks assuming u may need for rental infuture

Request other Members, have a look at plan and share ur inputs...my main criteria is to have big bedroom and toilet on second floor. There's is some optimization possible even on first floor

Request other Members, have a look at plan and share ur inputs...my main criteria is to have big bedroom and toilet on second floor. There's is some optimization possible even on first floor
