BDA plot divide among friends

We three friends are planning to buy one 5150 sqft odd dimension corner BDA plot at a BDA approved private alto. As we are getting it at a lesser price we thinking of buying it.

Our doubts are below

1. Can we 3 friends buy together??
2. Can we split the single property into three and also get individual khatas on our respective names from BDA?? Wil BDA allow to divide plot??
3. If yes what are the costs involved in splitting??
4. Does bank finance such loans among friends on purchase of a single land??
5. Should the seller divide the property among the three friends? Or should we get the property registered on there names with partition mentioned in the deed?????
