Plot in Rajaji nagar Co-0p housing society, Nagarbhavi

Hello:

I found a plot in Rajaji nagar co-op housing society layout in Nagarbhavi east facing 1500 sqft and owner is quoting 45L for it. (BDA approved)

can any one tell me the rate going on currently in this area? I think 3000 is quite high in that area.

Please let me know, it would be a lot of help.

Hello,

Rs 3000/- per sq ft in Rajaji nagar Co-op housing society, Nagarbhavi is too high. Maximum you can pay is Rs. 2000/- per sq ft. You can strecth a big by Rs 100 to Rs 150 if the site is in good location.

I am too looking for a site 30x40 in the same area in the price of Rs 2000/- per sq ft. preferably North or East facing. Any body want to sell their site for the price mentioned, please contact me.

Me too, let me know if anybody would like to sell the plot. I am looking for dimension 30X40, 30X50.

Hi,
I don't think the prices quoted by seller will be off by 50%, if his intention is really to sell. Better ask couple of real estate agent in the neighbouring area.

Thanks a lot for the info. I went to the place and it is pretty empty.. it still takes about 4 to 5 years for development. So 2000 seems to be a reasonable price. Thanks for all the input friends. Your info was really helpful.
