ATLAST-purchased a site

Hi, Guys,
After a hectic two month search mission I finally purchased a site at SMV layout 4 BLOCK,
The price was 1800 sqft.(plus brokerage and registration)
I registered in Jan and now I am getting an offer of 2200 p.sqft.(30X40 ft)


But still no water...................
Lot of development has to happen
Eventhough I want to start construction now I am hesitant to go for a borewell.

I intend to wait for 2 moremonths before startin to build home...........

Hi,
The area is known is visweswariah layout.It is 1 km from bangalore unviersity off nagarbhavi ring road(bangalore west).
Loans are available for all properties and all banks since it is by B.D.A .

What facing is the site. I have a 40.60 W facing site in 4th block and parallel to 80ft road. How much can I expect. I'm quoting 2100 and want to close it for 2000 psft.
