LIGHTING stores in bangalore

Post by ardesarchitects »

Hi every one…
For good lamp shades, lights you can check it at Chandra lamps in chickpet, they got one more branch at Langford road (this is a good spacious store with decent display). The price wise they are little costlier than others, but you are assured to get the best quality and variety. If you have a very fancy budget you can try in couple of other stores near Chandra lamps (Langford branch).
Trisha (Langford road) is one store you get a very very high end lights.
Any of these lamps shades, show lights are mostly imported from china except few branded are from other countries (these are usually very costly).
When ever you buy any show lights make sure they are fitted with Indian standards bulbs, chokes. Please ensure that you use only branded chokes (wipro, Philips) for any lights .Usually the shopkeepers take advantage here since many people don’t know about these things. For any show lights transformers, chokes are very important.

Got to know that, first week of this month, Dutch Based Home Entertainment and medical electronics leader PHILIPS also launched exclusive Modular Switches for India. If anyone has experienced it, please share your experience.
