Changes in user registration page

For all new registrations:

Two new fields have been added in the registration page. One for checking if the registration is by a spammer or a BOT. For this, you need to answer negative.
The second field is to enter the middle number from 1 to five. So, just enter the middle number. Registration will proceed and new account will be created.

This is required to stop automated spam registrations that we are getting of late to the board.
