Nobel Residency off Banergatta Road

Hi All,

I am in discussion for a property in the survey number (50/1) with bbmp khata 789/219 in Nobel residency near Banergatta road.

Came to know about the cases in survey 50/2 (OS no 464/2004) and 58 (408/2014) through the same website but nothing wrt 50/1 till now.

Spoke to neighbouring houses and they said no legal issues for this survey (50/1), couple of construction also going on right next to this plot. The owner of the plot had bought it in 1999 when the layout was formed.Document seems to be ok in the first look,I have given it for legal opinion.

Wanted to know if there is any legal complications for the survey no/bbmp khata number or any other issue before proceeding further.

I have plots in 50/1. 1st and 2nd main. No issues in this survey number to my knowledge.

Which main you are planning to buy?

Thanks for the reply,Its a 30*50 plot in 3rd main road, construction going on opposite to this plot (40*60) .I have sent you a Message with the plot details

i get to hear that its Conditional A Katha valid for 6 months and then gets converted to B Katha.

I had checked at bbmp office begur, they said when going for plan approval, they will ask us to pay betterment charges if it's conditional A Khata

AFAIK BBMP has stopped accepting betterment charges
